Endurance Adler offers complete design and engineering services for the development of valve components, upon our own and customers' specification and can support the Customer in the entire project lifetime, from design to validation.
REED VALVES
Motorcycle, snowmobile and all kind of 2-stroke engine applications - 50cc up to 800cc engines. Plastic composite or aluminum valve blocks, lined with rubber compound. Stainless steel, glass fiber or carbon fiber reeds.
BLOW-BY VALVES
For Blow-By control in the engine crankcase, dry and wet sumps.
COMPRESSOR REED VALVES
For industrial, refrigerator compressor. Plastic composite, aluminum or MIM steel valve block, lined with rubber compound. Stainless steel, glass fiber or carbon fiber reeds.
SAS-AIS VALVES
- To reduce the emissions at the exhaust
- Available for all engines from 50cc up to 250cc engines
- Low temperature SAS - AIS valve
- Plastic composite disc
- Special NBR rubber components – ozone resistant and highly fuel resistant
- High temperature SAS - AIS valve
- Stainless steel disc
- FPM rubber component

Endurance Adler offers bespoke engineering services to the Customer, from design to prototype.
Production
Endurance Adler manufactures in house all the components of the reed valve, according to Customer requirements.
